Return Policy
This Return Policy explains cancellation, refund, and exchange rules for personalized habit plans and related digital materials purchased from Herbalradiantin through herbalradiantin.ddd. We aim for fair treatment aligned with Dutch and European consumer protection standards.
1. Products Covered
This policy applies to Starter Rhythm Plan (€49), Focus Stack Blueprint (€89), and Full Life Cadence (€149), including add-on worksheets, email support packages, and scheduled coaching sessions bundled with these products.
2. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital habit blueprints and downloadable materials delivered immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that delivery begins upon your express request and waive the withdrawal right once digital delivery has started, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This acknowledgment is confirmed at checkout where applicable.
3. Coaching Services
For live coaching sessions, you may cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled time for a full credit or reschedule without fee. Cancellations within twenty-four hours may forfeit that session. If we cancel a session, you receive a reschedule or pro-rata refund.
4. Refund Eligibility Within Cooling Period
If you have not yet received your personalized blueprint or attended any coaching session, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase by contacting us through reach-us.html with your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval.
5. Partial Refunds After Service Begins
Once intake is completed and custom work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis deducting delivered sessions, completed documents, and administrative costs not exceeding thirty percent of the plan price unless otherwise required by law. Starter Rhythm Plan clients who received the written blueprint are generally not eligible for full refunds.
6. Dissatisfaction and Quality Concerns
If you believe your habit plan does not reflect agreed goals, notify us within seven days of delivery. We will offer reasonable revisions at no charge. If we cannot resolve the issue after one revision cycle, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
7. Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade to a higher tier within fourteen days of initial purchase by paying the price difference. Downgrades after delivery of higher-tier materials are not available except where required by mandatory consumer rights.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to remaining plan materials.
9. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party fees, travel expenses for optional off-site meetings, and promotional bundles marked non-refundable at purchase are excluded unless defective or misdescribed.
10. How to Request a Return or Refund
Submit your request via reach-us.html including your name, email, purchase date, plan tier, and reason. Our team responds within three business days. Approved refunds are issued in euros to the original payment method.
11. Business Clients
If you purchase on behalf of a company with a VAT number and confirmed business status, different terms may apply as stated on your invoice. Consumer rights above apply to natural persons acting outside their trade or profession.
